We are so excited to get our boutique open and start seeing all of our lovely brides again soon! In order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our brides and our staff, we will be implementing some new guidelines for appointments with us:


We are asking brides to only bring one VIP guest with them to their appointments. In order to ensure that the rest of your bridal party is not feeling left out, we will be providing a Facebook Portal device to allow video calling during your appointment.


We will still be providing hot drinks and prosecco to all of our lovely brides and their guests. However, we will aim to use disposable glassware and pre packaged items wherever we can.


As always, each bride will have the boutique completely to herself and guest during the appointment. The shop will be completely closed off to walk ins at this time and only 2 members of staff will be present at the appointment.


We will have hand sanitizer, masks and gloves available for our brides if they wish to wear them. For the safety of our bride, masks and gloves will be worn in the changing room and when trying on gowns.


After each appointment, any dresses that have been tried on will be thoroughly steamed and cleaned before going back onto the racks. The boutique will also be cleaned and sterilised between appointments.


We want every bride coming to our boutique to feel safe and confident in the search for their bridal gown. The team at Harper Smith Bridal will ensure that brides have the best experience possible for the start of their wedding gown journey!
